Workshop
Since 2002, the Youth Camp leaders have been meeting prior to the camp for a training seminar where they spent a weekend with the organisers at the location at which the camp will be held. This preliminary training session has already proved its worth because it enables youth leaders from various countries to familiarise themselves with the various sporting infrastructures and clear up in advance many of the issues that can arise.
A good relationship forged between youth leaders and organisers about two months before the camp is held has positive repercussions on the atmosphere and the way the young people interact during their stay.
